I had an AC issue with my Toyota Tacoma truck. Laura took the time to discuss the possible issues and provided me with a fair price quote for diagnosis and recharge. Luckily I only had a small valve leak which they fixed easily, and then fully recharged my AC along with some dye in case there were other slow leaks within the system. From start to finish, PR Motorsports was excellent with their communication, fair in their pricing, and upfront about what could be wrong (best & worst case scenarios), as well as the final problem diagnosis and repair. I would trust PR Motorsports to work on my beloved truck should something come up again.

This review is a little late but well deserved. I found PR on Yelp and reached out when my prius started displaying a battery malfunction message. I called them and they told me they could see me right away. The staff was friendly and super helpful. They checked the error codes for free and since it was a battery related issue, they referred me to shop that specializes in hybrid batteries.
The staff was honest, friendly, and fair. I will be using them for my future maintenance needs because I know I can trust them to be honest about the diagnosis of my vehicle even if it means they'll have to refer me to a specialty shop. Very happy with my experience here. -

May not specialize in Subarus but they've taken care of mine pretty well.
I've brought in my Impreza for oil changes & tire rotations, and brake fluid bleed. Always had a smooth experience with them. Quick service, decent prices, and always great customer service!

I first found out about PR about 8 years ago with a coupon special for an oil change. They took care of my 2000 Honda Civic for 8 years. It was totaled in a crash (not my fault) last fall. Timing Belt, major tune up, oil change. Always friendly, and timely. I wouldn't go to any other shop. My new used car (2002 Acura) is now part of the family there. I really respect the personnel. Repairs are ranked. Do this now, do that later.

Probably some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of taking my car to.
I really believe in things happening for a reason. I need car service and was very unsure where to go. After calling around a lot and getting the usual run around with auto places, I reached Laura on the other end of this one. Very pleasant, welcoming and told me to come right on over.
No wait and Hector the technician was super friendly and tested my car immediately.
Needless to say they figured out the issue and spared me time and $$$.
Superb experience
